No refunds or returns are issued due to pieces made true to size. Please plan sizing prior to purchasing.
If you have a custom request at checkout such as for the gemstone rings, such as if you're a half size please specify at checkout. Half sizes are for example, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 and so forth.
Feel free to put in any sizing, custom requests, or notes in the order notes box at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Turnaround time is anywhere from 5-7 days. If item is low stock or unavailable, shipping can range anywhere from 10-14 days. You will be notified of shipping status once items are shipped out.
How do I know my size?
To figure out ring and wrist sizing, take a piece of string and measure around your finger or wrist where it's not too tight, but not too loose. Measure the piece of string against a ruler in inches, then select your desired size at checkout. Our necklaces come in 18 inches of length, but if you would like it shorter or longer please select correct sizing option. Every piece of jewelry is made to size and order, please select accordingly.
Can I return jewelry if it doesn't fit?
Kalei Made pieces are made to size and order, therefore all pieces are final sale. No refunds are issued on lost, stolen, or damaged product at arrival.
Do you do bulk orders or special gift packaging?
